- How do I get my software.
You have 2 ways to get GoldenReader product.
1. Donwload the latest software and the voices you ordered.
NOTE: Each Voice is around 500 MB in size, it will take hours to download one voice with high speed internet connection.
2. Order our CDs.
Please go to GoldenReader.com -> price and order to order a CD shipping service, which is US$9.9.
we will handle the order manually.
- Is it secure to order online?

- Do you have discount for bulk licenses?

- Can I download GoldenReader paid versions?
Yes! You can download them after your order are successfully processed. We strongly recommend you to use our free downloading service if you have high speed Internet connection.
- How are the paid versions delivered?
Once your secure payment has been authorized (which typically takes a few seconds), you'll be re-directed to a private web page where your ordered version will be ready for immediate download.
To begin downloading, simply click the download link(s). Once the download has finished, simply go to the folder where you saved it, and double-click the icon to run the software.
